Has anyone experience in measuring IL-2 production by western blotting.
Preferably in the mouse. We have the problem that we need enormous
amounts of thymocytes or T cells in order to see rather faint bands, and
it appears difficult to be sure about the specifity of the assay,
because bands of differing sizes appears. Stimulation of cells with
anti-CD3 or ConA is necessary.
