Hello everybody
I am looking desperately for an eukaryotic expression vector with a strong
promoter and the possibility to produce aminoterminal fusion proteins with
Ig Fc parts. Does anybody know a comercial source for such a vector? Can
somebody provide me with Ig Fc primer sequences in order to construct such a
vector myself?
