I use MACS CD11c microbeads to isolate dendritc cell from mouse spleen.
Except magnetic labelling, I don't use any procedure such as culture for
overnight or CD4-panning to deplete T cells or Fc-rosetting.
I just hope to know whether or not it is possible to isolate DC with
high purity using only magnetic labelling. Otherwise, should I use
other procedures to isolate DC with high purity?
And if you know another method to isolate DC, let me know it, please!
