Hi,
I am working on a cancer research project which will involved adpotive
transfer of various lymphocyte subsets from a host mouse with a tumour
to a naive animal. Does anyone have any relaible protocols for this - I
basically need to know about volumes of cells to transfer back and time
frames that sort of thing.
