These days I am dealing with double-staining of the MHC class II
molecule and Invariant Chain in human breast tumor cell lines. I would
like to use directly coupled Pin-1 antibody in order to avoid the cross
reaction because both of the conjugates are anti-mouse mAbs. I was
wondering if anyone could tell me where it can be purchased or if you have
some extra aliquots you could spare or how can I avoid this by using other
ways??? Any help will be greatly appreciated... Thank you for your help.
