Hi everybody!
I'm am looking for a good protocol for in vitro kinase assay (for
Src-family tyrosine kinases) using an exogenous substrate (enolase is one
that I've heard is used). One problem is that enolase is pretty
close to these kinases in molecular weight. I'd appreciate any advice
concerning this assay (conditions, how to treat enolase prior to use, are
there better substrates etc...
