I am testing IL-10 in the culture supernatants of PBMCs. After analysing once, the sups were stored at -70C. They were again thawed and tested again and I did not see any quantities of IL-10 in the supernatants. Is IL-10 in the culture supernants sensitive to freeze thawing?
