Transfecting bEnd.3 and HECPP cell lines

I am having difficulty trying to transfect these two endothelial cell
lines. Does anyone out there have experience transfecting these cell lines
to a high efficiency? Also, how good is "Fugene" (Boehringer
Mannheim/Roche) with these and other cell lines?
