I am working with mononuclear cells stimulated with LPS to produce
cytokines. Does anybody know the molecular weight of TNF released in the
supernatant? When I run an SDS-PAGE(reduced) I don't seem to get the
17kd
I know TNF is not a monomer, does that acount for it? If so what are the
molecular weighs of TNF produced by this cells?
I will appreciate any information.
