Hi Maude, I'm a graduate student doing my PHD in immunology. As fare as I know making an antibody takes about half a year at minimum. Try the CD4 receptor. For sure you exclude the CD8-cells but I think the receptor is one of the best using for your studie. Best wishes Susanne
