Read a news article recently about the (very recent) discovery of the mutation
that causes the immunodeficiency phenotype of the "Scruffy" mouse. The protein
involved is thought to be a crucial in CD4 (and therefore immune) regulation.
Can anyone point me to the primary literature for this work?
