this is simply false. Lower doses of AZT have been  used 
since at least 1993. Doses were NOT lowered just for PI combinations.
Simply not true. I realize that you _want_ to believe this, to suit 
your preconceptions, but I would be _very_ suprised if you found
any more than a handful of people prescribing > 600 mg/day
