Hi all,
I was trying to get my hands on some NP (the hapten, in the
4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl succinamide ester form) and in the process
discovered that Genosys does NOT sell it anymore, neither does Cambridge
Bioresources. I have looked into the major chemicals catalogs (Aldrich,
Sigma, Pierce and some others ) and cannot find it listed anywhere.
Could we be at the threshold of a worldwide NP shortage?
Please, please, if you know who currently sells this hapten, let me
know.
