Dear netters,
I just made a big mistake in the attempt to couple IgG to protein G sepahrose and covalently link it with DMP.
The protocol tells that the DMP reaction should be stopped with 50 mM ethanolamine pH 8.2. But what I took was pure ethanolamine (pH 8.2) for a 2 min. and intensive washig with PBS.
What can I expect ? Is it worth to use this matrix?
