Dear Friends,
I need to set up a protocol for TGF-beta detection by using
reagents from R&D Systems. I am aware that it is necessary to perform an
acid activation treatment of samples before assaying, but I could not get
this protocol even from R&D company. I would be very grateful if someone
could send the detailed acid activation protocol or give me some
references in order to get it.
