I am a MS student in department of immunology in SHIRAZ university of
Iran.
My interest is lemon(limon) juice and its biological activity on
lymphocyts.Because I could isolate protein from lemon juice and this
protein redused proliferation of human lymphocytes in mixed lymphocyte
cultur.
I need some information about nature,structure and biological activity of
this protein or some another example simillar to.
I have searched in medline and internet but I diden't find any things that
help me.
I shall very much appreciate your assistance.
