We are trying to purify (enrich) epithelial tumor from lymphoid/myeloid
contaminants. I would like to do a crude panning step with antibody(s)
that would grab hematopoietic cells. Rather than add CD3, anti-Ig etc,
has anyone experience with a pan-hematopoietic Mab that works for
panning?
