B cell purification

The first thing you do is separate the mononuclear cells using  
histopaque.  This removes most of the myeloid cells, leaving you with 
monocytes and lymphocytes.  Monocytes can be removed by adhearance to 
plastic.  The Resulting lymphocyte populations can then be panned by 
whatever technique you like.
