Q1. Do all the B-cell surface contains antibody or just IgM bearing cell? Q2. Is it possible to isolate the specific B-cell to facilitate the fusion and screening using immobilized antigen? any suggestion? Your suggestion is highly appreciated? Thanks in Advanced
