Hi!
You can also try insulin and oxalate to suplement your medium during the
cloning phase!
What is your fusion yield? how many hybridomas you get for ,eg, 10e5
splenocytes?
I'm writting my thesis about a optimizated method of fusion, and I need
some information with others labs which produce MoAb to compare.
