It depends of your experimental design ?
If you want to use immunohistochemistry on (even paraffin blocks..)
tissues, I would say that CD68 (for example the KP-1 antibody from Dako) is
the best one..
For other purposes (isolation, in vitro experiments..), the CD14 marker is
probably better.
