Hi there,
I have cloned a wild type resolvase into a PET21 vector and would like to
go about purifying it. Has anyone tried a wild type purification and if so
could they give me a few pointers. I dont know much about this protein but
it seems to be highly postively charged. I have tried an ammonium sulphate
cut experiment with vague results.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
