I am staining paraffin-embeded tissue. Instead of microwaving which loosens
the tissue from the slides I've thought of using a permeaabilisation
solution (0.1% Triton X-100 in 0.1% sodium citrate for 8 min). Does any one
have a receipe for the above mentioned solution? Does anyone have any
experience with this permeabilisation solution?
