Does any body know where I can get recombinant tat protein and anti-tat Ab? Is there any ELISA protocols to detect soluble tat level in supernant and anti-tat production (in mice)? After I transfected tat-containg plasmid in to cells, how to identify tat expression intracellularly, FACS or other methods? Tony
