I am looking for suggestions for a non-fluorescent molecule to be conjugated to a secondary antibody. I want to label CD4+ or CD8+ cells and differentiate them with a simple bright field microscope out of a blood sample. If anyone has any suggestions, please post or email. Thanks, Jared
