Hi, everyone!
I met some problem with my conA stimulated PBMC. There are always big
clumps formed and the cells inside died without enough nutrition. I try
to separate the clumps or decrease the conA concentration to 10ug/ml,
but I failed. I need to do some RNA extration by TRIZOL and it is very
difficult for me to get enough RNA for RT-PCR. So, could you give me any
suggestions?
