I met with a question in my work of cloning the VH and VL gene from
non-immunized mice for the construction of naive antibody library.please
tell me 1)how to deal with the spleen of mouse before the extraction of
mRNA.2)how to design and select primers,for there is so many primers having
been reported.Which one is best?Any question you know ,please tell me at
your earliest convenience.
