Does anybody know something about oxidative stress in platelets?
1) I'd like to know if any platelet agonist causes also an oxidative stress
2) Is the oxidative stress only related to arachidonic acid cascade
activation in platelets? If it is, only after TXA formation and platelet
degranulation it should occur.
3) Is oxidative stress related to platelet aggregation? Does it occur also
when platelet do not aggregate?
4)How long after platelet aggregation does oxidative stress occur?
