Hi Everybody,
I have purified a protein by electroeluting from 10%SDS-PAGE gel after
coomassie-blue staining. So the final protein solution which i have is
blue in colour due to the coomassie stain complexed to the protein. Can
i use this protein solution directly for injecting into mice to see
immune response to my protein? Also can i use this directly for
spleenocyte proliferation studies? Or do i have to get rid of this
coomassie stain somehow and then use the protein? If anybody has any
idea regarding this, please let me know. It would be highly appreciated.
