The Departments of Anatomy and Paediatrics invite applications for
appointments as Research Assistants to assist in a joint
multidisciplinary research project "DNA Microarray", which focuses on
fabrication DNA microarrays for biomedical applications.
Requirements
The candidates should possess at least a BSc (Hons) or MSc degree.
Preference will be given to those with a higher degree in molecular
biology or biochemistry and a good background knowledge in biosensors.
Familiarities with biosensors and competency in molecular biology
techniques are essential
Terms and Conditions
The project will last for 2 years in the first instance, with the
possibility of extension. Gross monthly emoluments range from S$2,360
to S$3,860. The commencing salary will depend on the qualifications and
experience of the candidates. In addition, a 13th month annual
allowance and an Annual Variable Component may be payable under the
flexible wage system. Leave and limited medical benefits will be
provided.
