Hi all,
does anybody knows if it is possible to quantify crossreactivity between
a specific mouse antigen and human antiserum.
We want to measure murine IGFBP-2 by a competitive RIA for human IGFBP-2
(labeled standard is human, unlabeled standard is human, antiserum is
against human IGFBP-2). However, murine IGFBP-2 is not available. Has
anyone experience in measurement of affinities or crossreactivity from
an antigen without the knowledge of its concentration?
