I checked it out, but it's not quite what I had in mind. That website
seems to be geared more for the histopathologist looking for antibodies
that are diagnostic for various cancers.
I want a list of surface proteins found on various cell types, and the
antibodies that see them.
Now that I think about it, it would also be interesting to have
information about Northern blots as well.
So I'm envisioning a big database which you can search by either protein
or cell type, which will kick you back either all the cells that express
it, or all the known surface proteins that are (or aren't) expressed on
that cell.
There's a poster around here put out by some company that did a really
good job of summarizing the expression pattern of all the CD antibodies,
along with a few others. I kind of want to have an extendible version of
that on-line...
