How to detect SCID genes?
=20
I reconstituted SCID mice with splenic cells from normal syngenic Balb/c =
mice four months ago. Now I want to identify the transplanted cells =
usilizing the difference between host cells (with muted SCID gene) and =
grafted cells (with wild type SCID genomic characteristics). But except =
that a kinase maybe related to SCID phenotype, I can't find the genomic =
SCID genes.=20
=20
If you know the structure of SCID genes, for example, a locus that could =
be readily detected by PCR on nuclei extract, please do kindly tell me.
=20
Thanks a lot.
