Hi,
I'm looking for an SP6-based in vitro transcription vector designed by Dr.
Paul A. Krieg (Univ. of Texas, Austin, TX, USA) containing 5' and 3' UTRs
of Xenopus B-globin mRNA and a stretch of dAdC30 stretch. This vector is
also known as pT7TS and is a derivative of the pSP64 vectors (NAR
1984,12,7057). Please contact me at vigor at uia.ua.ac.be if you have this
plasmid or a close derivative of it.
Also, if someone knows the E-mail address of Dr. Paul Krieg, that would be
very helpful.
Thanks a lot!
Viggo
