A collegue of mine has a student who is interested in assessing mosquito
cell cycles by flow cytometry. Problem is, I'm a mouser so I don't have
any experience with insect cell culture. There appears to be scant
information in the literature so I was hoping that someone here might
have some experience in this type of work. We will probably do propidium
iodide staining, but are receptive to other suggestions.
