I need to measure histamine content released from mast cells and in body
fluids, such as serum or plasma, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. My question
is: is the fluorimetric assay suitable even for plasma or serum (I think
plasma would be better) and broncholaveolar lavage? has anybody a protocol
for this determination?
