Polyadenylation

To whom it may concern,

We have trouble to amplify  cDNA´s of membrane immunoglobulins with RT
PCR using an oligo d(T) primer at the 3´end.
If anybody has information about exact location of polyadenylation sites
of all subclasses of mouse immunoglobulins, please contact me by email.
