The immune system has a size limit of the invadíng particles to recognize,
below this limit the immune cells  can not recognize them, like the hapten
which it is about only few amino acids or smale size chemical or ..., as
well the hapten meet only three out of four of the immunogenic
characteristics which are: Size, structural stability, degradability, and
foreigness, which are all together important for the full immunogenicity, I
