What I am doing now is cloning and expressing Asp f 2 gene with EasySelect
Pichia Expression Kit. I would like to cut the a-factor signal sequence
after I get the recombiant protein. So, any information about Kex2 signal
cleavage or Ste13 signal cleavage will be very appreciated.
