Yes because of 1) the plethora of cytokines/ interlukins/ and various others endocrine
signals present in vivo @) NK cells will attack anything that has the appropriate cell
surface antigenic markers (HLA or MHC) which alot detection when activated.  It dosn't
descriminate.
