Avoiding the flu

The only natural mode of Ab (antibody) transmission is via mother child through
secratory IgA dimeric in breast milk. One may get some passive transmissions through
forceful kissing. Ab's cannot be transmitted in the way you attempting to describe.
There are manfactured by pre-primed, activated B-cells (plasma cells) and produced
immunoglobulins to a specific viral epitope. This system is reserved for the infected
host only and not any persons nearby...they just have to get infected for there own
immunity to take hold. Lastly, immunizations wiht live or heat killed virus have the
same overall effect...to prime the immune system. Although there are some inherent
cavets to the former.
