Hello,
we are performing Mixed Lymphocyte Reactions with human dendritic
cells and autologous lymphocytes, using Keyhole Limpet Haemocyanin
(KLH) as a control.
Now two questions arose:
1. Does anyone know if KLH has a direct effect on lymphocytes (without
being processed by antigen presenting cells)?
2. Is it known that some individuals dont react to KLH at all?
