Hi, Netters
I'm looking for a protocol or instruction guide for immunogold labelling
of polyclonal antibodies which was raised from rabbit. I've heard that
if the ab would be used for immunogold labelling then it must be
affinity purified. Is that right?
I will be appreciated if anyone outthere could help me.
