My question was intended to be a question on how to prepare
lymphocytes for FACS. I am a FACS neophyte. Suppose I was interested
in Th1 responses to a particular antigen. I could do a FACS on
interferon gamma and CD4. Since I am mainly interested in humans, I
would be getting lymphocytes from people with a remote history of
infection and relying on their recall responses. So what is the best
way to elicit these responses? - Kevin Ault
