Dear All
I wish to do an assay to screen potential SUBSTRATES of PKC.
I have an "old school " protocol with endless test tubes and old fashioned
science.
But obviously what i really want (having only 3 months of my Ph.D left) is a
kit, in a box, with a simple set of "add A to B" instructions.
I'm aware that plenty of people flog kits to assay levels of PKC activity in a
sample, but does anyone know of a decent kit to screen substrates?
