Hi there, we use paraformaldehyd to fix our cells for FACS analysis. I was wondering what effects PFA has on cell, especially on the cellmembrane. I searched the web, but couldn´t find any info on the effects of chemicals. Does anyone have a link that would help? Thanks Christiane
