MHC @ trypsin

Alec-

MHC class I molecules on the surface of cultured cells are RESISTANT to
trypsin treatments used to suspend the cells. I do this routinely to
study expression by FACS. Purified MHC class I molecules are sensitive
to relatively large amounts of trypsin. Sorry I cannot cite a reference
off the top of my head, but it has been shown by different groups.

I hope this helps.
