Does anybody know where I can get some purified human free secretory
component from? I'm trying to set up an ELISA to measure FSC levels in
human saliva; I can find the antibodies but I can't find a purified
source of FSC. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, does anybody know of a source of reference saliva? I'm concerned
about matrix effects of the saliva on the assay and some reference
saliva would be useful.
