Bacteria do not appear out of thin air, and they don't care if they are
cultured with 1 cell type or 2, It makes absolutely no sense that you
only see contamination when you mix dc's and T cells but not when you
culture either cell type alone. That makes me think that you might be
mistaking cellular debris for bacteria.
