HEL-specific T cells lines on C57BL/6 background or APC?

Hi, there:

I am planning to study HEL-specific B cells in vitro. I know that C57BL/6
mice respond to hen egg lysozyme (HEL) poorly. But someone did set
HEL-specific T cell lines or clones from these mice according to papers (I
can't find more in rencent publications):
a)Manaca F et al. Isolation of lysozyme-specific T cell clones that
discriminate between native and denatured antigen. Cellular Immunology 1994;
154:420-429.
b)Moreno J et al. Co-dominant restriction by a mixed-haplotype I-A molecule
(aKbK) for the lysozyme peptide 52-61 in (H-2k)X(H-2b) F1 mice. J Immunol
1990; 144:3296-3304.

In the second paper given above, I-A transfected L cells were also used in
pair as antigen presenting cells to detect the function of T cells.

If you know who has such kind of T cell clones (T helper or CTL) derived
from C57Bl/6 mice and respond to HEL, or that kind of cells to be used as
APC, please kindly tell me.

Thanks in advance.
